On the Privacy Policy page you’re redirected to, scroll to the bottom. The last entry is Contact Us. You can either click the Click Here link to go to the contact form, or you can email the site directly at privacy [at] freebackgroundcheck [dot] org.

The FAQ page says to get in touch with the site to find out which steps you need to follow, namely getting a fax number or mailing address to send in your removal request.

When you fill out the contact form or send an email, explain that you want to remove your information and include your reason for wanting to remove it.
