There are also optional fields for including your middle name and phone number. When you’re done, click the confirmation check box and then the Submit button.
Step 6: Wait for the confirmation page
Within a second or two, you should see a confirmation page. At the top, there will be a green bar that says Private Eye received your removal request. After 72 hours, your personal information should no longer appear on the site.
